Valued patients and members of our community,

In accordance with the recent executive order from Governor Holcomb’s office, our office re-opened on Monday, May 4th, for all forms of dental care, including routine procedures, exams, and cleanings.

Many weeks or month may have passed since you have been able to see us for your dental care, and we realize the urgency some of you may have to return to our office. In response, we are temporarily expanding our business hours to help accommodate your needs. We will be reserving additional appointment times for new patients as well.

You may have already been contacted by a member of our team to reschedule an appointment during our brief hiatus. If we were not able to connect or if you are overdue for a cleaning or other recommended treatment, I encourage you to contact us to schedule an appointment at this time.

Your safety and the safety of our team are of the utmost importance. We have always provided an exceptionally safe environment for patients in our office per all OSHA and CDC guidelines. However, in addition to our standard sterilization and disinfection protocols, I want to let you know how we are going the extra mile to ensure your health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Pre-screening for COVID-19 risk factors over the phone and upon arrival
  • Online paperwork and consent forms
  • Mobile check-in from your vehicle. Our team will notify you to enter the office when we are ready to seat you.
  • Increased disinfection frequency of entire office and commonly touched surfaces
  • Increased protective equipment for all clinicians
  • Less appointments and slightly increased appointment times to accommodate additional disinfection and sterilization of treatment areas
  • Reduction of unessential persons and family members in our reception area
  • Removal of magazines, literature, and beverage bar service from the reception area
  • Touchless payment options over the phone or in person
  • Practicing of social distancing, including no handshaking, hugging, or congregating

Our goal is to make sure that your are comfortable, confident, and safe in receiving your dental care in office. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at 317-643-9434. We care about you and your loved ones and look forward to seeing you in our office very soon.
